DetailMade from Tactel® nylon, this wide-brimmed sun hat features a UPF 50+ rating for excellent sun protection, so you can stay cool and protected from the sun. It has a drawcord and cord lock to fasten under your chin so your hat won't blow away in high winds and if it gets wet, the nylon fabric is quick to dry.Tested and rated in accordance with the AS4399:2020 standard. The UPF rating applies only to the area of skin covered. Protection may be reduced if the material is wet, stretched or from the effects of normal wear or exposure to chemicals. For best sun protection use hats, clothing that provides maximum skin coverage, sunglasses, sunscreen and shade. Hats that shade the face, head, ears and neck provide optimal protection.
